A pop culture event that I'm thankful for

In case you didn't hear about it, this article should serve to quell some of the stereotypes surrounding hip-hop music and petty feuding. 

Jay-Z and Nas feuded for five years.  During that time, they said some pretty vile stuff about each other on record -- culminating with Jay stating on a record that he fucked the mother of Nas' child.  Though it didn't rival the feud between Pac and Biggie of 50 Cent and Ja Rule, it was pretty evident that these guys didn't like each other. 

So when you fast-forward to today and read about the two performing together and embracing onstage...well, that's pretty cool news.  A lot of the young knuckleheads like 50 and Game should take their cue from these guys and just bury the bullshit.  Does beefing sell records?  Sure.  but it also gets people killed.

This news shows that you can indeed forgive and forget.  Believe it or not, the news coming out of the mainstream rap world isn't all negative.
