Joe Learns Firsthand about S.F. vs. NYC Rents

Joe recently posted about the difference between New York City rent and San Francisco rent.  Now he knows first hand what I've been trying to get across to my friends for years: San Francisco doesn't even come CLOSE to being as expensive to live in as New York -- and rent is the #1 reason.  Just look at the average rent difference between the two cities as posted on his weblog.

Now do you understand?  San Francisco is WAY cheaper to live in.  No contest.
