Forging On

I just scheduled a meeting with one of the companies that might have beaten me to my idea. They are coming over to give me a presentation on Friday at my office. It will be very interesting.

From what I can tell from just looking online, there is a USA company offering something similar that might not be enough (read: too general). As for the (seemingly) much more sophisticated local company, the surface indication is that their solution might be too complex.

Either way, what Dave told me (and what I kinda knew deep down) holds true: first don' t mean shit.

I'll find out for sure on Friday.
