Road Trip

BODY:
I'm back from my road trip to Boston (from NYC).  Normally, I would write a long recap providing the details of the trip, but I'm too tired (and frustrated) to bother.  So instead, I'll write a short one.

First of all, let me make clear that the trip was, for the most part, amazing.  On Friday I got to New York, Noah bought me some ribs at Brother Jimmy's, and I went to Red Rock West for some quality cheesecake viewing.  I got more than I bargained for when Noah nearly broke the law, but I digress.

Saturday, we left for the road trip.  The group consisted of Dave, Apeksha, Virve and Tara (who joined up with us in the city).  We walked around town, watched street performers, checked out Fenway Park on gameday, visited two obscure but very fascinating museums, took a ghost tour (which included our hotel, one of the most haunted buildings in the world), and did some serious drinking and dancing at night.  My personal bonus was getting to have lunch with my newlywed friends Matt and Reena in Cambridge on Monday morning before we left.

Unfortunately, we got back too late to catch my bus home, so I was forced to purchase a new ticket;  my return to D.C. was extremely late.  I think I'll end this here.  I'm too exhausted to trust myself to say anything else.
