Sticking around for the 4th

As it turns out, I have both Monday and Tuesday off.  Also as it turns out, I have no money whatsoever.  So instead of going away for the weekend, I'll probably be going to the movies, a show or two and just generally laying low.  I thought about going to NYC, but I just don't have the dough.  By next Friday I should be totally fine; I just hope I can make it until then.  Seriously, I haven't been this poor since last summer.  This is partially a result of going from being paid weekly to getting paid bi-weekly. 

Jaime and Amy (or Jaimy, as I like to call them) are throwing a barbecue on the 4th that I'll probaqbly attend.  Kari might also have something that day.  As for the rest of the weekend?  Who knows.  I might see Aceyalone in concert, or see Superman Returns, or see Cars, or all of the above. 

Ed and Regina's wedding invite has not yet reached me, so I'm waiting on that.  I have to figure out how to arrange the song I'm singing with the DJ before August 12 (the day of the wedding).  I'm also trying to figure out other related issues (date or no date, tux return, bachelor party, etc).  Finally, I basically have two choices for a career path, and the next couple of months will determine which choice I take; I need to speak with my mentor from my last job, and get back in touch with my SA supervisor.  These are heady times.
