Why Wikipedia Rocks

posted Thursday, 4 January 2007
My most recent obsession is Wikipedia, for several reasons.  The most graphic one I can think of right now is the fact that the very next day after the phenomenal, instant classic 2007 Fiesta Bowl game between Boise State and Oklahoma was played, this could be found on Wikipedia.  And you don't even have to read the whole entry to find out why the game was one of the best in college football history; this section and these two tell you the most slient points.

I don't normally use Wikipedia to read about sports, but it turns out it's a good source for just about everything.  Just make sure you don't try to cite it for any official assignment, article or academic work.
