I've been feeling a bit under the weather for about a week now. It's a very slight tingling in my throat, coupled with a very, very occasional urge to cough. It feels like a mild cold has settled in my chest, sans the usual symptoms. I slept almost all of Sunday away, only getting up to eat and watch the AFC game - highly unusual for me. I went out Friday night but was home by about 1; I stayed in to clean the house with my housemates Saturday night and didn't even really feel like doing anything.
The Cold-Eeze lozenges are back in effect. Wil any of this stop me from swimming this week? No. I've found that exercise actually helps me feel better in the mid-term.
