I'm a bit sick right now

posted Wednesday, 19 September 2007
Do I go swimming anyway, or not?  My wound from last week's kickball game has healed enough that I could go into the pool without worrying too much.   And exercise often ends up speeding along the recovery process...but not if you do it too soon.  Should I just come home today after work, take Nyquil and pass out?  Or should I do the opposite, work out, wear pants and a long-sleeve shirt to kickball tomorrow night and hope that solves the problem?  That is the question.  Damn changes in the weather always get me...and this is the best weather of the year.
